NDICA- NATIONAL DIVERSITY & INCLUSION CANNABIS ALLIANCE OFFERS FREE EVENT IN LA FOR MINORITY ENTREPRENEURS (The National Diversity & Inclusion Alliance(NDICA) is an association geared toward assisting disadvantaged entrepreneurs gain access into the cannabis industry. NDICA will host an Expungement Clinic and Job Fair to provide entry-level education about the fastest growing market in the US–The legal marijuana industry and to assist disadvantaged groups apply for cannabis business licenses. Keynote speakers: Cat Packet Los Angeles Exec.Director of Cannabis Regulations, Freeway Ricky Ross and Lanese Martin Cannabis Commissioner for city of Oakland and co founder of the Hood Incubator. The free event will take place in Los Angeles, California at the Watts Train Station on 103rd St. on January 27th from 1 to 5 pm.
NDICA’s inaugural event will feature Cat Packer, Lanese Martin and Rick Ross speaking on how the social equity plan will impact the communities, the qualifications and how to get involved as applicants and investors The Expungement clinic will offer tips for participants on how to remove marijuana convictions from their records. The job fair will feature information on how to land a cannabis job in the LA area. Finally, there will be strategic tips offered to individuals interested in applying for a cannabis business license.
NDICA frequently partners with local experts and activist groups who want to move the industry forward. Additional information about the event and the organization can be found at www.thendica.org.
